      How do I qualify for the site-wide Gift with Purchase?

      The site-wide gift with purchase is a Mystery Gift and is valid with any order over $75. For California residents the total must be $75+ after any applicable discounts are applied and before tax is calculated. Shipping charges do not count toward the subtotal. In order to receive the gift with purchase you must enter the code during the check out process: GWP

      It will automatically be included in your order when qualified, you will not see the product added to your cart, but you will see that the code GWP shows in your order. One per customer while supplies last. No other discount code or promotion can be combined with this offer. Gift Card purchases do not qualify for a GWP, but once the gift card is used to redeem product, the gift card value can be applied to qualify for a GWP if the subtotal matches the requirements.

      Can I use more than one discount code per order?

      Only one discount code is permitted per order. When entered correctly, the promotional discount will show in your cart. A discount cannot be honored if it has not been entered during checkout or after your order is confirmed. Discount codes cannot be applied to gift certificates, tax or shipping fees. Discount codes do have expiration dates. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction to receive a gift with purchase. 

      Can I submit my photo to be considered?

      Yes please email your high quality image over to hello@chateaudefashion.com please include your full name and your social media handles to be tagged. Please only send images of products that we currently carry. In your email please write the name of the brand worn and item. We will consider all applicants and when you are featured we will tag you on our social media pages.

      How is the minimum dollar amount determined to qualify for free shipping in the USA?

      Free Shipping is valid with any order over $75 within the USA. For California residents the total must be $75+ after any applicable discounts are applied and before tax is calculated.

      Are you an authorized dealer?
      Yes we purchase directly from the brands themselves. All products are 100% authentic. 

      If I use Amazon payment, do I get premier shipping?

      Sorry, at this time there is no free premier shipping, this payment portal will just makes it easier and faster to check out, but not the same benefits associated with buying off amazon.com

      What methods of payment are accepted?

      We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Amazon payments. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept money orders, personal or third-party checks or visa gift cards.

      I recently made a purchase, and now there’s a sale happening. Can I get the discount applied to my previous purchases?

      Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate this request. The order must be placed during the promotional sale dates.

      What Shipping Methods Are Used? 

      We use USPS Mail for International and Domestic orders. 

      Which countries other than the USA do you ship to?


      International orders: Custom, taxes and duties are solely the buyer’s responsibility. We do not have information regarding the charges. You will need to contact your customs office of your country of origin. 

      Can I ship to Multiple addresses?

      Sorry not at this time, we recommend creating separate orders.

      Can I add special instructions for delivery of my order?

      Sorry we are unable to communicate with your local post hub or post man, please call them or leave them a note if you wish to have your package placed in a particular area. 

      How long does my shopping cart hold my selected items? 

      Approximately 24 hours. If you wish to keep items longer, we suggest you use our wish list feature instead. Your item will become unavailable if sold out. 

      I have two of the same item in my cart and am having trouble completing my sale. What can I do?

      It is possible there is only one item left in inventory, in which case you would need to change your quantity to 1 to complete the sale. You‘re welcome to email us and request that we contact you once the item is back in stock. 

      Product Defect Issues: Please send photos or a short video within 24hrs of receipt. We will need this to be able to send a replacement if the product is unusable.

      Where is your storefront located?

      We are online only.

      Refusal of Package / Wrong address entered during check out by customer:

      Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only the price of the goods returned in new condition. This may lead to future orders being cancelled or need signature confirmation. 

      My Package Shows Delivered: All orders are shipped via USPS. If your order shows delivered, but you have not received it, the responsibility is yours. Please check with your neighbors, speak to your postman and main post office. If your package is considered lost or stolen and can be subjected to an investigation with the United States Postal Service. Please open a claim with the USPS. Future orders we suggest requiring signature confirmation in your order notes.

      Packing Materials:  Popcorn is biodegradable peanuts. Decomposes in water leaving no toxic waste. FDA compliant. Static- free organic starch. Non woven tissue paper is reusable. Tissue shred is 100% recycled and recyclable.

      Ingredients do they change from year to year?

      Companies do change their ingredients from time to time. If you are allergic or sensitive to an ingredient we highly recommend you go visit the manufacturer brand page directly to guarantee the most up to date ingredient list. Please let us know if there is a product we should update with any ingredient changes. We are not always alerted quickly by the maker to adjust on our end. All Ingredient lists are subject to change and may differ from the product packaging. If you are allergic to an ingredient please double check the sourcing with the manufacturer directly.
